Sugar 2 tsp. l.
Milk 500 ml
Whipped cream 100 ml
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Cocoa 1 tsp
cream soda 250 ml

Cooking

  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add sugar and let the mixture caramelize a little.

  2. Add milk, half of the cream, cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa. Mix and remove from fire.

  3. Add cream soda and heat again a little, but do not boil.

  4. Beat the remaining cream.

  5. Serve beer garnished with whipped cream.

Comments

The drink is spicy, sweet and warm. Just what you need for an autumn day. The only thing is that it was too sweet for my taste. Next time I will change this recipe from Harry Potter a little and put less sugar. The sweetness of the cream soda seems to be enough.

Cooking

  1. Add yeast and a teaspoon of sugar to warm milk. Stir and leave for 5-10 minutes to wake up the yeast.

  2. Mix flour, milk with yeast, remaining sugar, butter, egg and salt. Knead elastic dough. This can be done by hand or with a food processor. Leave it in a warm place for about an hour.

  3. Sprinkle a board or baking mat with a little flour. Roll out the dough in a layer about a centimeter thick. Cut donuts with a hole in the middle with two glasses of different sizes. Cover them with a napkin and leave for half an hour to divide.

  4. Fry donuts in a pot or pan with high sides in plenty of oil. Put the finished donuts on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Comments

The donuts were fluffy, tasty and fragrant. From this amount of dough comes 8-10 pieces. Donuts are best eaten immediately while they are warm. I like to serve them with powdered sugar, but you can cover them with confectionery glaze.

Comments

Harry Potter’s birthday cake according to this recipe came out very successful. The cakes are rich, moist and moderately sweet. And the cream looks like butter roses on cakes in Soviet confectionery. But the most important thing is, of course, the design. Decorating a cake isn’t difficult, but for Harry Potter fans, it’s downright fun!

Comments

Mrs. Weasley will not guess bad! The cake came out moist, fragrant, dense and very satisfying. You can decorate it immediately with buttercream frosting. Then the cake must be eaten immediately. But I prefer to keep it unglazed, wrapped in parchment. In this form, the cake does not age for about a week.

A simple but very successful sauce for desserts. Butter softened the taste of boiled condensed milk, and cinnamon added piquancy. Real magic, just like the book promises!
