  • Milk – 300 g

Step by step recipe:

  • It is most convenient to make banana pancake batter in a blender. To do this, send two peeled bananas to the bowl, add eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt.
  • Beat the egg-banana mixture until smooth.

  • Add 120 grams of sifted wheat flour, pour the rest of the remaining milk and beat all the ingredients to make a homogeneous dough for pancakes.
  • We let the dough rest for about 10-15 minutes, so that the gluten swells in the flour, and the pancakes become elastic and not torn.
  • We heat the pan well, grease it with a small amount of oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. To make a pancake, it is enough to spread a few tablespoons of dough over the surface of the pan.
  • To flip the pancake, simply run a toothpick along the side to release it from the pan.
  • The riper the bananas, the more pronounced their flavor will be and the less sugar will be needed.
