February 5th is World Nutella Day. We tell you in the company of which dishes you can celebrate this sweet holiday.
Nutella, cocoa nut butter, was created in 1940 and has been a favorite of both children and adults ever since. In 2007, on the initiative of Sarah Rosso, an American blogger and Nutella fan, the world began to celebrate the day of this chocolate nut butter. We have collected some interesting recipes with Nutella.
Recipes of Nutella
The easiest way to use chocolate-hazelnut spread is as a topping for pancakes, fritters, toast or croissants.
Another easy winter recipe is Nutella hot chocolate, which is much easier to make than regular chocolate.
Nutella is often used in cheesecakes because it gives the cake a nice texture. Such a chocolate cheesecake can be prepared according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo.
Nutella is also an excellent component for cakes that do not require baking, for example, a dessert of Oreo cookies, cream and chocolate paste by Olga Sumskaya.
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 pc. Nutella
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
- Cooking spray or cooking oil
- Paper molds for cupcakes
Place paper cups on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
In a large bowl, mix condensed milk and nutella. Microwave on high for 20 seconds and stir well. Add cocoa powder and coconut oil and mix again until smooth.
Pour the mixture into cupcake liners and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place in the refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours, or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Brie and nutella puff pastry
- 1 packet of puff pastry
- 200 g Brie cheese
- ¼ st. Nutella
- 1 pc. strawberries or other berries
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Grease muffin tins with vegetable oil.
Roll out the dough and cut it into squares. Place each in a cupcake pan.
Cut the brie into small squares, about 2 cm, and place the square in each piece of dough. Top with some Nutella and a small spoonful of chopped strawberries or other berries.
Bake until the pastry is golden brown and cheese is melted. This will take about 10-12 minutes.
Energy chocolate bars
- 1 pc. oatmeal
- ½ st. rice flakes or shredded coconut
- ½ st. Nutella
- ¼ st. peanut butter
- ½ st. ground flax
- 1/3 pc. honey
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ st. chocolate chips
Mix all the ingredients.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each. Place the balls on a sheet of parchment paper.
Place in the refrigerator to cool.
Enjoy your meal!
Brownies with Nutella
- 1/3 pc. soft butter
- ½ st. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pc. + 3 tsp nutella
- ½ tsp salt
- 2/3 pc. flour
- 2/3 pc. chocolate chips
- Coarse salt for decoration
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugar with a mixer on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. (about 2 minutes).
Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat until smooth. Add 1 cup Nutella and salt. Mix until smooth and fluffy. Add flour, stir, then add chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining 3 tsp. nutella, using a table knife, spread the nutella over the surface of the dessert and sprinkle coarse salt on top.
Bake brownies for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. When the dessert has cooled, cut into squares and enjoy.
