If you like to treat yourself with fast food, write down the recipe for making juicy and very tasty hamburgers.


To make hamburgers you will need:

– burger bun – 1 pc;
– minced pork from the sausage shop Colosseum – 150 g;

– bacon from the sausage shop “Coliseum” – 100 g;
– pickled cucumber – 1 pc;
– chicken egg – 2 pcs;
– cheese sauce – 30 g;
– lettuce leaf – 2 pcs;
onion – 1 pc.;
balsamic vinegar – 10 ml;
– sugar, salt, pepper – to taste.

Cooking method:

Grate the onion on a fine grater and add it to the minced meat from the sausage shop Colosseum. Break an egg into the mince. Add salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Mix everything well. After that, you need to prepare all the components of the future burger. Prepare caramelized onions: cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil with sugar, herbs and balsamic vinegar. Salted cucumber cut into rings. Cut bacon from the Colosseum sausage shop and fry in a pan. Cut the tomatoes into rings. Cut the bread and fry until golden brown.
