Cut the butter into cubes at room temperature, add to the sifted flour and sugar. We knead the dough with our hands. It should become homogeneous and elastic, but it is not necessary to knead it for too long. We form the finished dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.

While the dough is cooling, make the pie filling. In a separate bowl, mix one egg, sour cream, sweetener and sifted flour. Then beat everything with a blender. Grease a removable baking dish with vegetable oil (can be made in a silicone mold). We spread the dough and form “sides” a few centimeters high. Put blueberries in several layers on the dough. Fill the blueberries with sour cream filling so that it does not go over the “sides”. We send the cake to the oven for 180C for 45-55 minutes.
After the time is up, we take it out, cut it and serve it to the table only after the cake has cooled completely. It is better to put in the refrigerator at night.

  • 2 small eggs.
  • 70 g rice flour.
  • 60 ml orange juice.
  • 10 g of honey.

With a whisk, mix all the ingredients for the dough until a homogeneous consistency. We fry them for 3 pancakes in the whole pan. At this time beat the cream well with a mixer or blender: cottage cheese, mascarpone, honey. The cream should be thick and uniform in consistency. Speaking of the cool pancakes with cream, we do not regret the fillings. Cut the banana into rings and lay on the cream between the pancake layers.
