Nutritionists recommend serving light sweet dishes on the New Year’s table, because this evening we eat a lot of fried and unhealthy food.
- Bananas – 2 pcs.
- Cream – 300 ml
- Egg yolk – 3 pcs.
- Sugar – 70 g
- Salt – 150 g
- Chocolate – 30 g
- Orange – 1 pc.
Remove the root from the orange. Leave half of the zest for decoration, and put the rest in a pan together with sugar and 70 ml of water. Boil the syrup – the sugar should dissolve, and the syrup should thicken.

Peel bananas, only break off one strip. Carefully pull the pulp out in pieces so that the skin is not damaged (don’t throw it away). Cut the pulp into small circles and add to the rest of the ingredients. Punch the mass in a blender until smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream and cottage cheese until thick. Add banana mixture, mix well. Add microwave-melted chocolate to a third of the mixture. Put the resulting mass in a banana peel. Before that, thoroughly lubricate its inside with vegetable oil, including strips, with the help of a silicone sealant brush. Cover the mixture with a banana peel and put in the freezer for an hour.
Line a parfait tin with cling film. Spread half of the banana mixture.
Take the banana out of the freezer, remove the peel. Place the shaped chocolate banana in the middle of the bowl.
Pour in the remaining banana mixture. Cover the surface of the mixture with the ends of the cling film. Send the form to the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Remove the finished banana parfait from the mold, put it on a plate, decorate as desired. Cut the parfait into portions and serve immediately.
Mandarin creamy dessert
- Tangerines – 550 g (4-5 pcs.)
- Cream 33% (chilled) – 150 ml
- Egg whites – 2 pcs.
- Powdered sugar – 80 g
- Gelatin (instant) – 10 g
- Mandarins – 2-3 pcs.
- Pistachio – to taste
- Chocolate – 1 pc.
- Fresh mint – a few sprigs
Prepare gelatin according to package instructions.
Peel the tangerines and grind in a blender. Then rub them through a sieve to get rid of the films.

Combine tangerine juice with gelatin, mix. Heat over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved, but do not boil. Let the mass cool.
Whip the chilled cream until stiff peaks form. When the creamy mass starts to hold its shape, stop beating.
Beat egg whites, adding powdered sugar in portions, until stable peaks.
Add whipped cream to the cooled tangerine juice, mix with a whisk until smooth. Then gradually add the beaten egg white, mixing gently with a silicone spatula. Then mix with a whisk. The mass must be homogeneous.
Divide the air mass into glasses, cups or bowls. Place in the refrigerator to cool and set for 2-3 hours.
In the meantime make decorations for the dessert. Put the peeled tangerine slices on a plate and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Break the chocolate into small pieces, put in a bowl and melt.
Dip tangerine slices halfway into melted chocolate, then place on parchment paper and sprinkle with chopped nuts. To completely solidify the chocolate, send the tangerine slices to the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Cream preparation. Mix sugar with sour cream (it should be very good fat content and thick).
Take out the dough, divide into parts. Roll out the sausages. They should be about a finger thick and the same length. Bake them for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Take a form or a deep dish. Put the sticks and pour cream over them, or you can dip each one and lay it out. First one row, then another, but already across. And so on until the end. Top with cream. Send the night to the refrigerator.
Then you can decorate the cake with chocolate, or you can also sprinkle with coconut.
Chocolate dessert “Hormone of happiness”
- Dark chocolate (57% cocoa content) – 180 g
- Cream 33% – 50 ml
- Condensed milk (or honey or invert syrup) – 2 tbsp. l.
- Butter – 50 g
- Cognac – 1 tbsp. l.
- Cherries – 10-12 pcs. (fresh frozen, spicy)
- Biscuit crumb – 50 g (or biscuit cookies)
- Coconut flakes – 2 tbsp. l.
Defrost freshly frozen cherries at room temperature, let drain on a sieve. Take the butter out of the fridge in advance, it should be at room temperature.

Combine biscuit crumbs with chopped coconut crumbs.
Line the cupcake forms with foil, pour a layer of biscuit-coconut crumbs on the bottom.
In a double-bottomed pan, combine the cream, chocolate pieces and condensed milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and remove from heat. Add butter and add cognac to taste.
