  • zucchini – 1 pc.;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • semolina – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • pork – 500 g;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • salt pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Cut the zucchini, squeeze the juice with your hands. Beat eggs, mix.
  2. Add semolina, mix, leave to swell for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix salt and pepper.
  4. Remove excess liquid from zucchini. Combine the minced meat and zucchini, mix.
  5. Cutlets form, roll in bread. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
