Pasta with meatballs from Lady and the Tramp
The charming story of two dogs is remembered by many for the touching scene of eating spaghetti. This dish looks very tasty, and it is not difficult to repeat it.
500 g of minced meat (beef + pork), 2 onions, 1 egg, 1-2 slices of white bread, ½ cup of milk, 5-6 cans of tomatoes, 500 g of spaghetti, 2 cloves of garlic, oil for frying, herbs, salt, pepper.
- First prepare the sauce: fry finely chopped onion and garlic until transparent, add tomatoes, salt, pepper. Let simmer for 5-8 minutes on low heat.
- Now meatballs: mix the minced meat with a very finely chopped onion, egg and bread soaked in milk. Salt pepper. Mix the mince well. Roll the meatballs the size of a walnut, lightly roll in flour and fry until lightly browned.
- Spaghetti: Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
- Transfer the meatballs to the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Serve with spaghetti, thick sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
Ratatouille from the cartoon “Ratatouille”
A kind of cartoon about talent, friendship and the desire to prove oneself is one of the most beloved words for an entire generation. The main dish of the story was ratatouille, a simple stew that looks spectacular and will appeal even to those who don’t like vegetables.
Required for cooking: 2 cloves of garlic; 3 art. l. olive oil; 1 pc. l. herbes de provence (ready-made dry mix from the package), 1 medium-sized onion; 3 peppers; 1 hot pepper; 400 g tomato (twist the tomatoes through a meat grinder); 1/2 st. l. Provençal herbs; garlic 1 clove; salt, pepper, half green zucchini; half yellow zucchini; eggplant 1 pc; tomatoes 3 pcs.
Pour 3 tbsp. l. olive oil in a pan, add 2 cloves of garlic and 1 tbsp. Provençal herbs. Send 1 hot pepper and 3 peppers to a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Cut the onion, fry until golden and add chopped hot and bell pepper without seeds and peel to it. Fry for a few minutes and add 400 g of tomato, simmer everything over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add 1/2 tbsp. Provence herbs, 1 clove of garlic. After 1-2 minutes and send to a blender.
Cut the vegetables into thin circles, about 2-3 mm thick. Place the vegetables on the sauce and pour over the oil. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve ratatouille with cream cheese.
Rapunzel Chocolate Cookies
