How good are these desserts? I sort through their advantages in my head and I can’t stop at just one.
Just look for yourself:
- they are just getting ready
- they sure are delicious.
- you don’t even need to buy baking tins for them,
- you can cook several completely different desserts in one hour (I promise!), adding only one ingredient,
- if something goes wrong (eg the cream doesn’t whip or the berry puree is too runny), the end result will still be amazing!
Intrigued? Let’s prepare five different desserts in cups.
We will need one type of biscuit and one type of cream, which we will add. For the biscuit:
- Butter 82.5% – 250 gr
- Sugar – 250 g
- Selected eggs – 4 pcs
- Pea – 250 g
- Salt of one lemon
- Baking powder – 10 g
- Vanilla extract – 5 g
With a mixer, beat the butter with sugar and add the eggs one by one, removing the lemon with a regular fine grater. Be careful: only the yellow skin should be removed. If you rub white into the dough, it will be bitter.
Fold in flour, baking powder and vanilla extract. We mix. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. We put it in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees.
In the meantime we make cream cheese. This is a cream made of cream and curd cheese, which perfectly mimics various desserts.
- Cream 33% fat – 400 gr
- Cream cheese – 600 g
- Sugar – 100 g
Whisk all three ingredients together until the sugar dissolves. Divide into 5 equal parts. Leave three parts without fillers. In the fourth, add 1 tablespoon of boiled condensed milk. This will be caramel cream. In the fifth – 50 grams of melted milk chocolate. Let’s call it chocolate.
Back to the biscuit: a thin layer of dough on a baking sheet is ready in 15 minutes. But still, check the readiness with a wooden skewer: insert the stick into the biscuit, turn it, and if there is no sticky dough on the stick, the biscuit is ready.
Let the cake cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes and cut into cubes.
Now you can collect desserts. To collect, take beautiful glasses, faceted glasses or grandma’s crystal. As dessert fillers, you can use berries grated with sugar from the garden, and condensed milk, and nuts. Let’s talk about a few options in order.
We layer the first simplest dessert with berries: at the bottom – a spoonful of cream without additives, then a few cubes of biscuits, fresh berries (raspberries, berries, strawberries). And again: cream, biscuits, berries. And so to the top.
Berries can be taken fresh and whole. Can be cut into pieces. And you can grind it into a puree beforehand.
The next option is the echoes of the Soviet confectionery. Here we need caramel cream, boiled condensed milk itself and peanuts. Peanuts can be cleaned, roasted in a dry frying pan and chopped. Mix with condensed milk. I advise gourmets to add a pinch of salt to this filler. Layered: caramel cream, biscuit, condensed milk with peanuts. And so on upwards.
The third dessert is chocolate. It is necessary to make a ganache from the remains of chocolate and cream. To make this, heat 100 g of cream to a boil, but do not boil. We put 50 g of chocolate in it and mix until smooth.
Layers for this dessert: chocolate cream, sponge cake, ganache. And so on to the top of the bucket.
The fourth dessert is a beautiful bannofi. This is a variation on the theme of the famous dessert. We need a banana and boiled condensed milk.
Layer: cream cheese, biscuits, condensed milk, bananas etc.
And the fifth dessert for those who love simplicity. Of the fillers, we only need plain milk.
We put it in layers: cream cheese, biscuit, a little milk on the biscuit, and then again cream, biscuit, milk and cream!
You can decorate such desserts with fresh berries, cream, cookies, biscuit crumbs, chocolate and so on.
