A dessert in which chocolate is above, below and in the middle is a real find for lovers of this product.

Cheesecake is one of the favorite desserts of many, we recommend that you try the chocolate version. It is easy to make and contains a lot of chocolate.


For chocolate cake

  • chocolate chip cookies (Oreo is best) – about 22-24 pcs.
  • butter – 3 tbsp. l.

For the cheesecake

  • cream cheese – 900 g
  • sour cream – 0.5 tbsp.
  • sugar – 1.25 tbsp.
  • eggs – 4 pcs.
  • vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips – 1.5 tbsp.

Chocolate glaze

  • chocolate chips – 1.5 tbsp.
  • heavy cream – 0.5 tbsp.



Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease the mold with butter.
Add crushed (you can use a blender) chocolate chip cookies and melted butter, mix until the mixture resembles wet sand. Pour into a mold and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.


Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the cooled pan.
Place everything in the oven and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, or until the top looks brown.
Remove and refrigerate your cheesecake. Put in the fridge for 8 hours.

Chocolate glaze

Add chocolate chips and heavy cream to a bowl and microwave. Heat in 15 second intervals until the chocolate is completely melted.
Let the frosting cool for 2-3 minutes. Pour over the cheesecake and spread evenly over the surface.
Put back in the fridge to firm up the frosting.
