3. Beat chicken eggs and mix food.
4. Add vanilla sugar.
5. Pour out the baking powder.
6. Pour in vegetable oil.
7. Sift flour and pour into a bowl for making dough.
8. Mix the products until smooth. Pour into cake pan.
Grease the bottom with vegetable oil or line with parchment paper. Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 180°. Cooking time approximately 45 minutes.
The main advantage of the recipe is that it is very easy to make a cake. And it has a bright orange color, rich smell.

Pumpkin in sour cream sauce
If you have not yet discovered pumpkin, try this recipe. It is good because the vegetable is cooked in a sauce that will kill its sugary, specific taste.
List of products for cooking pumpkin in sauce:
Pumpkin (painted) – 500 g
Sour cream – 180 g
Water (cold) – 20 ml
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic – 3 cloves.
Paprika – 0.5 tsp
Ground black pepper
To prepare the dish, peel the pumpkin. Cut into small cubes.
For the sauce, mix sour cream (with more than 20% fat).
Add paprika and dried dill to the sauce.
Season with salt and season with ground black pepper. Top with minced garlic.
Garlic will not make the dish spicy, but it will give a pleasant smell and leave a slight aftertaste. Even if you eat this dish before going out in society, you will not have a characteristic smell!
Stir with a spoon so that the sauce has a uniform consistency.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil – olive or sunflower. Pour the pumpkin into the pan and fry, stirring.
Cook for 5-7 minutes to soften pumpkin. Pour in the sauce and continue to cook in a pan until fully cooked. During cooking, you need to stir the pumpkin. The sauce will gradually thicken.
Cook for another 5 minutes after boiling the sauce over low heat and serve the dish to the table! The pumpkin pieces should be soft, but not falling apart.
Ready pumpkin in sour cream sauce can be sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs when serving.
Pumpkin in the oven
for serving: cheese, herbs, chili peppers or pine nuts
We clean the pumpkin from the shell and seeds, cut into thin pieces, and then them, but already in cubes. Immediately transfer them to a baking dish in the oven.
Salt it to taste.
Add spices: hot pepper or paprika, ground black pepper or coriander. It will be delicious!
Fill with vegetable oil. Mix the pumpkin well with the dressing.
Preheat the oven to 200° and cook the pumpkin for half an hour.
When serving pumpkin at the table, you can also put slices of cheese, vegetable salad, pine nuts and melted honey.
