This dessert with summer berries does not need to be baked, and even those who have never cooked before will be able to handle the process.
Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert made with savoiardi biscuits, mascarpone cheese, coffee and cocoa. This traditional dish can be made seasonal by adding raspberries, which go great with coffee and chocolate.
In addition, tiramisu is one of the few desserts that do not need to turn on the oven to prepare, and a serving is refreshing on hot days. Raspberry tiramisu can be made ahead of time to eat the next day.
Raspberry tiramisu recipe
- 1.5 pcs. strong espresso
- 0.5 pcs. drink
- 1 pc. mascarpone
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Sahara
- 1.5 pcs. heavy cream
- a pinch of salt
- 24 st. savoiardi cookies
- 4 tsp. raspberries
- dark bittersweet chocolate chips
Mix espresso and liqueur in a bowl.
Beat the mascarpone, vanilla, sugar and half of the cream with a mixer until smooth. Then add the remaining cream and a pinch of salt. Beat until thick and soft peaks form.
Quickly dip, one at a time, half of the savoiardi into the espresso, then place in the bottom of a square dish. When the bottom of the mold is covered, spread half of the mascarpone mixture. Top with a layer of raspberries and, if you like, grated chocolate. Then repeat with the remaining savoiardi, raspberries and cream.
Cover with a lid or foil and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, grate bittersweet chocolate or sprinkle cocoa on top. You can also decorate the dessert with raspberries.
