Lavash lasagna is ready in just 30 minutes. The author of the recipe suggests adding fresh tomato to the minced meat. If not, take some tomato paste.

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread;
  • mixed chicken – 300 g;
  • bulb
  • milk – 250 ml;
  • flour – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
  • cheese – 150 g;
  • tomato – 2 pcs.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • salt pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Onion, diced, and mixed meat fry for 10 minutes under the lid. Add diced tomatoes and grated garlic. Cook for 15 minutes.
  2. In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until the color changes. Pour, stirring, milk. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.
  3. Cut pita bread into convenient squares or rectangles. Grate the cheese.
  4. Lay a layer of pita bread, then minced meat and so on until the end.
  5. Pour the sauce over, top with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • frozen vegetables – 1 cup;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;⠀
  • cheese – 40 g;⠀
  • kefir or milk – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, pepper – to taste.⠀

How to cook:

  1. Break three eggs in a bowl, add milk, finely chopped frozen vegetables, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Fill silicone cupcake molds. If there are no such molds, you can pour the mixture into one regular baking sheet.. Then you get something like a cake, not cupcakes.⠀
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.⠀

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • potatoes – 4 pcs. (great);
  • broccoli or chopped frozen vegetable mixture – 100 g;
  • red cheese – 80 g;
  • milk – 50 ml;
  • salt pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Wash the potatoes well and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  2. Cook the frozen vegetable mixture or broccoli for 5 minutes in salted water.
  3. Cut the boiled potatoes in half. Carefully remove the core, leaving a thin layer around the edges.
  4. Add cabbage or vegetables to potatoes, chop into puree. Add milk and part of the grated cheese, spices and mix.
  5. Fill the halves with potato filling. Top with grated cheese
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 5-10 minutes until a light crust forms.⠀
